Job Responsibilities:
1. Familiar with the principles of thermal management system (including HVAC, air conditioning, industrial refrigeration, etc.), and have the ability to specify and analyze thermal management architecture;
2. Familiar with the selection requirements of management system components, and be able to formulate component performance targets according to the needs of different application scenarios;
3. Have the ability of heat exchange simulation and analysis, be proficient in operating heat exchange simulation and analysis software, and have certain experience in heat exchange simulation and analysis;
4. Have the ability to plan systematic experiments, and can lead the systematic experiments of heat exchange capacity.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in energy (thermal energy) and power engineering, engineering thermophysics, refrigeration and cryogenic engineering, etc., more than 3 years of experience in refrigeration system R&D and design;
2. Familiar with the theory of heat transfer, familiar with domestic and international standards and specifications in industrial refrigeration;
3. Familiar with the design process of refrigeration system, including the selection and design of common components such as water cooling plates, valves, heat exchangers, compressors, etc., and have independent R&D and design capabilities;
4. Have good teamwork and communication and coordination skills, have a certain ability to work under pressure, and have a strong sense of purpose.
