【Responsibility】

Responsible for the overall human resource management; participate in the construction and training of the high-level talents ladder, and deal with the major human resources problems in the company management process, and guide the staff career plan

【Requirements】

1. major in human resources, administrative management and other related major; bachelor's degree or above;

2. working experience of three years or more, with large group work experience priority;

3. familiar with the process of human resources and the national labor and personnel regulations and policies.
