On Jan 12th 2018,the annual staff meeting and 2018 work report conference was solemnly held in XJJR.On that day, all the staff are gathered together to review the development process of 2017 and look forward to the development of 2018.
General manager Ruan Weihua led the review of the achievements made by XJJR in 2017, expressed heartfelt thanks for the efforts made by the all the staff in the past year and pointed out the problems and shortcomings.During the meeting,he said,’ Although the market competition became more and more severely with national policy fine-tuning,we still have a turnover target of near 50 percent higher than the previous year, achieving the highest operating revenue record.’Meanwhile,Ruan had expounded the guiding ideology, overall situation, business indicators and key work of in 2018, planned and deployed the overall work of 2018.
Chairman Yu Shixin delivered an important speech at the meeting,he agreed with Ruan Weihua’s 2018 work deployment on behalf of the company's board of directors and affirmed the achievements in 2017,he pointed that the company's outstanding achievements in 2017 were the result of the unremitting efforts of all the staff, and hoped that we are going to hand in hand fullfill the vision, mission, values of the enterprise!
Yu emphasized how to do better and better in 2018 in the complex environment?Openness, practicability, change and innovation will continue through all the work in 2018,we must see to it that “Three changes”、“ Seek improvement in stability's general tone ”and “ sense of ownershi p”will be carried out.In 2018, XJJR will meet the market competition and challenge with a better attitude and keep Constantly seeking innovation, change,reform and development,further research and development of products, enrich product chain, constantly improve service awareness, improve after-sales service system, enhance brand awareness and reputation.
Looking to the future , there is a long way to go, nine years of pioneering, now is better than the past.In 2018, we have the advantage and the weakness,challenges and opportunities, direction and the responsibility, goals and confidence.We will seize the opportunity to complete the labor of duty, play our own responsibility, promote the healthy development of the company to make XJJR step on a new journey towards its dreams in 2018.
