Job Responsibilities:

1. Draft quality management system and quality control process according to the company's strategy and business plan;

2. Organize the formulation of quality inspection specifications and inspection guidance documents;

3. Organize the formulation of quality assessment and evaluation indicators;

4. Fully implement the company's quality management policy;

5. Organize and carry out the discussion and resolution of important quality problems and quality accidents;

6. Organize the assessment of quality-related work of various departments;

7. Collect information on management system and standardized management, organize and revise work procedures and standards according to the actual situation, and ensure that the management system and standards meet the requirements of the latest national standards;

8. Organize the implementation and training of the management system for employees.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical, mechanical or quality related;

2. More than 1 year working experience in quality inspection and quality management;

3. Strong communication and coordination skills, execution skills and on-site operation skills.
